Hi There!!!

I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU for visiting Thrive on Live. Here’s a little information about Thrive on Live and what I’m all about.  My main goal or pursuit for you, is health. Yes, that’s it, nice and simple. The strategies and information I am providing to you come from a profound desire to change the way we are eating. In the last 50 years our focus on food has gone from one of consuming pure natural foods from our own gardens and local farmers, to that of processed food products that our devoid of nutrients. These processed foods are meant to feed many people very cheaply, unfortunately it’s at a cost to your health. Its no wonder diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and obesity are at an all time high. We are a generation that is undernourished and over fed.

My hope for you, is to get you back to the roots of creating healthful meals in your kitchen by providing you with recipes and information so you can make choices in your life that are going to put you on the path to becoming healthy, happy and vibrant (if you already feel this way, then awesome! Keep it going! Share the passion!). We are going to do this by eating whole nutrient dense foods that focus on providing your body with what it needs to stay healthy and functioning optimally.

Plant foods and plant based cooking is not a fad, it is a revolution that is picking up steam and you need to hop on the train!

Whether you are looking for ways to support wellness or balance in your body due to disease/illness, or maybe you are transitioning into a plant based diet, or you’re an omnivore just looking for some more creative ways to eat and nourish your body, then this is the site for you. There is never any pressure to eat a certain way, only to provide information about the benefits of including more plant based meals into your diet. As you incorporate more nutrient dense foods instead of food products (like French fries, pre-made frozen food, chicken nuggets) into your diet, you will start to see the positive correlation for yourself!     Very interested. I used to be an ER RN in Orillia and have always been interested in eastern medicine. I tried to infiltrate ? I’ve never felt healthier than when I got off medication and started exercising and eating healthy ((nd I mean really food coconut oil turmeric good fats and healthy protein. I’d love to pick your brain! And congratulations and good for you!

      Yes, it’s amazing what real food can do for your health. I have met so many people like yourself that have taken charge and made some nutrition and lifestyle changes. Your body wants to be healthy but it needs the proper building blocks from nutrient dense foods to do so.
